Once again, the reform of Germany’s foreign surveillance legislation

At the invitation of Dr. Konstantin von Notz, deputy chairman of the parliamentary group Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, GUARDINT team member Dr. Thorsten Wetzling provided an impulse for an expert discussion on Germany’s pending intelligence reform. It focused on key legislative consequences that he deemed necessary in the aftermath of the Federal Constitutional Court’s landmark ruling on the BND Act.
