Upon invitation of the High Commission of Canada in London, GUARDINT team member Dr. Emma Mc Cluskey was invited to speak to delegates from Canada’s Security and Intelligence Policy Programme (SIPP) about transformations and challenges in the UK’s oversight model. The event was held under Chatham House rules on 2 March 2020.
