During this internal workshop at Sciences Po Paris, GUARDINT team members discussed various trends in democratic theories and how they can inform the concept of oversight in the context of state surveillance. Two weeks ahead of the workshop, each team shared a short paper which was used as a basis for discussion during the event. The workshop also addressed methodological aspects related to the deliverables of the GUARDINT project.
